Chris Eads-Founding Pastor
Chris Eads is the Founding Pastor and primariy teaching pastor of CrossCurrent Ministries. He originally founded CrossCurrent as a sub-ministry program of Christian Fellowship Church in 1996. Chris led CrossCurrent through the process of planting as a daughter church of CFC in January, 2005.
Passionate about reaching spiritually disconnected and skeptical people, Chris has served in many evangelistic, pastoral, and church planting roles for over 20 years. he graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1992 with degrees in Biblical Literature and Christian Ministry. he served as an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church until planting CrossCurrent Ministries in 2005.
His other ministry experiences include teaching and spiritual leadership in European youth camps in Russia and Croatia. He has served in various volunteer roles in church planting projects. he has spoken for numerous youth camps, retreats, and conferences throughout the Eastern United States, and has served as an adjunct professor at two Wesleyan Bible colleges in Canada and Russia. He is the author of several books and resources published through Christian Fellowship Church and CrossCurrent Ministries.

Jim Whittaker-Children's and Family Ministry Pastor
Jim Whittaker is the Children's Pastor of CrossCurrent Ministries, joining the team in January of 2011. He has been in full-time ministry for over twenty years and has served in inner city youth ministry, camp ministry and as a Children's Pastor since 2004.
Jim graduated from Practical Bible Training School, now Davis College, in Johnson City, NY with majors in Bible and Church Ministries. He is passionate about sharing Christ with kids and about helping parents to raise their children to love and serve God.
Jim and his wife, Sue, have two grown sons and a daughter-in-law who live in WV.

Tim Coressel-Youth and Community Life Pastor
Tim Coressel is the Youth and Community Life Pastor at CrossCurrent Ministries. He joined the team in March of 2013. Since 2007 he has served in full-time student ministry in both Colorado and Seattle. He’s currently in the Master of Divinity program at Regent University out of Virginia Beach, VA.
Tim’s true loves in life are:

Melanie Moore-Worship & Creative Arts Director
Melanie Moore is the Worship & Creative Arts Director for CrossCurrent Ministries. She joined the ministry staff in July of 2008. Melanie has been attending CrossCurrent for about 12 years and has been leading worship and a key part of the Creative Arts Team during this time.
Melanie has studied music and been part of Creative Arts since she was a child. Seeing people worship God in freedom and seeing the Creative Arts used to draw people toward God are true passions.
Melanie lives in Ashburn, VA.

Sue Whittaker-Administrative Director
Sue Whittaker is the Administrative Director of CrossCurrent Ministries; she joined the team in January of 2011. Sue and her husband, Jim, have been in full-time ministry for over twenty years and have served in inner city youth ministry, camp ministry and in children's ministry through the local church since 2004. She has held a variety of positions, most recently as a church administrator.
Sue and Jim have two grown sons and a daughter-in-law who live in WV.
