SAFETY FIRST!
Once we have met with you to discuss your role in IMAGE, we will begin the processing procedures. For safety, All IMAGE volunteers must adhere to the IMAGE Youth Ministry Guidelines and consent to a background check.
VOLUNTEER FORMS
If you are interested in serving with Image, please read the Image Youth Ministry Manual and complete the application on pages 19 - 22.
Also, complete the Background Consent Form and submit it with your application.
