CrossCurrent Ministries is aimed at providing a culturally relevant presentation of biblical truth to people who do not believe.

Our goal is to help people understand the truths of the Bible, and to experience an authentic and biblical expression of Christianity, while honoring their process of decision making, and allowing them the space and time to sort through what they believe and why.

CrossCurrent Values

Ministry should be prayer-centered, God-breathed, and we should expect God to transform the lives of people who are a part of CrossCurrent, to make full devotion to Christ just plain normal.

They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. — Acts 2:42-43

People are looking for authentic relationships, therefore everything we do should place accepting relationships first, regardless of a person's behavior, beliefs, or skills.

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. — Acts 2:46-47

Lost people matter to God, and therefore ought to matter to us. Our ministry should have as its highest mission to intentionally seek out non-believing people to communicate God's love to them.

I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of angels of God over one sinner who repents. — Luke 5:10

Excellence in everything we do should be a priority, for excellence honors God and is an act of worship.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving. — Colossians 3:23-24

Life change will occur best in small groups, therefore every believer should be part of a small group.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! — 2 Corinthians 5:17

People are looking for a place of significance and service; therefore, every person should be given the opportunity to use their gifts and talents, even if their skill is not superb.

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms. — 1 Peter 4:10
